IVY LASKY

Ivy joined 16 Mile Talent in 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Talent bringing with her almost 30 years of Talent Booking experience for television as well as digital and successful relationships with the best talent, publicists, managers, agents, networks, and studios in the industry. While at the company, Ivy has been booking A-list celebrity guests for various IMDb custom content platforms & live shows including “That Scene with Dan Patrick” podcast for IMDb’s parent company Amazon.  For the past 3 seasons Ivy has booked the celebrity contestants for the Fox syndicated game show, “25 Words or Less”, hosted by Meredith Vieira and produced by Lisa Kudrow and Mary McCormack. Ivy simultaneously booked the celebrity contestants for the Fox syndicated game show, “Punchline” hosted by Melissa Peterson. Recently, Ivy has been booking talent for Hulu’s “The Handmaid’s Tale” after show, ONE BURNING QUESTION,  Season 2 of Netflix’s Get Organized with The Home Edit, the Global COVID-19 Public Awareness CampaignUNITE TO PREVENT and “Fox Soul Mother’s Day Honors.”

Prior to joining 16 Mile Talent, Ivy began her adventures in entertainment in 1992 moving from her home state of New York to LA straight out of college landing her dream job as a Production Assistant at “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” This began the launch of what became a hugely successful career in the entertainment business.

Ivy later went on to becoming the Senior Talent Executive and/or Head of the talent department on various daytime and late-night talks shows including; “Good Morning America,” “Howie Mandel Show,” “Vibe,” “Queen Latifah,” “The Nightly Show With Adam Carolla,” “Tom Green’s House Tonight,” “The Sharon Osbourne Show” and “Celebrity Circle” on AOL where she was one of the first Talent Executives in her field to secure A-list celebrity talent that included Jennifer Anniston and Jerry Seinfeld for an online talk show when AOL had only 4 million subscribers.

From 2002 – 2004 Ivy was appointed to the position of Senior Talent Executive/ Head of the Los Angeles Office for Central Talent Booking. While at CTB, Ivy worked on shows and special projects for companies and TV networks such as; VH1, Comedy Central, CBS, Fox, Bravo, Oxygen, IFC, NBC, Lifetime, TLC, Animal Planet, Columbia/Tri-starTelevision, Telepictures and Stone Stanley Entertainment. From 2001 – 2002 Ivy was the Senior Talent Executive for the game show, “Hollywood Squares,” booking celebrity talent for the daily shows and special theme & reunion shows.

Prior to joining Central Talent Booking, Ivy helped cast celebrity hosts for several network projects including “Rockstar: INXS” for CBS. From 2004 – 2007 Ivy was the Senior Talent Executive on Fox’s Saturday night sketch comedy show, “MADtv.” In 2005 Ivy booked all the celebrity cast & director interviews for the 13 films that were being recognized in the AMC documentary “Movies That Shook The World” which included “The Godfather,” “American Graffiti,” “Fatal Attraction,” “Star Wars” etc.

In 2010, Ivy joined the JB Talent team as Senior Celebrity Talent Producer on the CBS daytime talk show, “The Talk.” While there Ivy received two Emmy nominations for best Daytime Talk Show and booked close to 1,000 celebrities from the world of TV, film, music, sports and reality television. While at JB Talent, Ivy also worked with Variety Magazine on their annual Breakthrough of the Year Awards honoring Amy Schumer, Olivia Munn, Will Forte, Kristen Bell among others. She was instrumental in getting  JB Talent briught on to book talent for  both “Hollywood Game Night” and “Running Wild with Bear Grylis” for NBC.

After 4 seasons at “The Talk,” Ivy became an independent freelance Talent Producer and booked the celebrity interviews various shows including; the Disney+ anthology series, Prop Culture, the celebrity presenters and music performances for “The Gamers’ Choice Awards” on CBS, assisting in the casting of celebrities for Season 32 of “The Amazing Race” also for CBS. Ivy booked 100 celebrities to appear on the ABC summer series, “Battle of the Network Stars,” Season 3 of “Paradise Run” for Nickelodeon and the “Super Slow Show” with the Slow Mo Guys for YouTube. Ivy was the Celebrity Talent Producer for the Food Network series, “Chopped” having booked 20 celebrities to be part of a celebrity charity tournament. Other work with Food Network has been on “Burgers, Brews & Que” with Chef Michael Simon booking celebrities to show Michael their favorite places to eat in their hometowns and the game show, “Celebrity Food Fight”. Ivy has overseen the celebrity talent booking for Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation annual Kids for Kids Family Festival for 4 years booking a 30+ celebrities for the host committee roster and 50+ celebrity attendees. Her other philanthropic work includes booking celebrity attendees for the Autism Speaks “Into the Blue” LA Fashion Gala, Shane’s Inspiration’s 20th Anniversary Gala, “We All Play” for the Zimmer Museum and “Pedal on the Pier” for the Harold Robinson Foundation. Ivy was the Celebrity Talent Producer for the WEtv celeb-reality series, “David Tutera’s CELEBrations” where Ivy booked 36 celebrity parties/events. Ivy has also worked on special projects for “The Voice,” Xbox, YouTube, TLC, WEtv, American Cancer Society, U.S. Olympics Committee and Postpartum Support International.

Ivy maintains a residence in Los Angeles with her husband Adam Lasky, daughter, son, and their LOVERdoodle Harper. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, traveling, cheering on her daughter at her volleyball games, rooting for her beloved University of Arizona Wildcats, going to concerts and spending quality time with friends and family.
