Originally from Montreal, Canada Leanne brought her talent and skills to the US in 2001 to pursue her dreams in the entertainment business. In 2013, Leanne founded 16 Mile Talent where she currently serves as CEO and Head of Talent, overseeing all accounts. Leanne brings over 15 years of Talent Booking experience for television as well as digital and successful relationships with the best talent, publicists, managers, agents, networks, and studios.

Recognizing the importance of digital programming early on, Leanne pioneered booking one of the first ever online talk shows in 2008, Tom Green’s House Tonight, and launched In Bed with Joan, starring Joan Rivers. Booking highlights include: Ellie Kemper, Nick Kroll, Marc Maron, Meghan McCain, Billy Eichner, Scott Aukerman, Bob Saget and Chris Hardwick. Leanne & her team see the value of online and curated content. 16 Mile Talent works regularly with digital platforms to bridge celebrities, influencers, and online creators together. Previous & current shows include: YouTube Nation, Good Mythical Morning with Rhett & Link, Scripps Network’s Genius Kitchen, Sony Music’s Rumble Yard, and The IMDb Show.

Prior to founding 16 Mile Talent, Leanne began her adventures in entertainment in 2001 as a Marketing Manager at Davie Brown Entertainment where she launched creative product placements for television, including Missy Elliot’s Reebok campaign for the 2002 Grammy’s, HBO’s 2003 Golden Globe Suite, Reebok retreats at Sundance and at the BET Awards.

Departing Davie Brown in 2003, Leanne joined Central Talent Booking (CTB).  A few television shows that benefited from her hard work and dedication at CTB were Dinner for Five with Jon Favreau (IFC), Punk’d (MTV), Celebrity Poker Showdown (Bravo), Iconoclasts (Sundance Channel), and Celebrity Fear Factor (NBC). In 2005, Leanne left CTB to become the West Coast Editor of Stuff Magazine where she booked the first ever male cover featuring Will Ferrell along with 21 other celebrity covers.

Leanne moved to NYC in the Spring of 2008 to lead the first Talent Department at the Wendy Williams Show. Under her guidance the show launched to such great ratings that it has since been renewed through 2020. Fresh off the success of Wendy Williams Show, Leanne served as Talent Executive at Lopez Tonight (TBS) in Los Angeles. Her massive list of industry contacts allowed Lopez Tonight daily guest bookings including Cameron Diaz, Janet Jackson, Jessica Alba, Will Ferrell, and Demi Lovato. In 2011, Leanne joined the team at E! Entertainment, booking high caliber guests for Joan River’s Fashion Police, The Soup!, and Comment Section. 

Leanne maintains a residence in Los Angeles with her husband Brad Deutch, daughter, son, and their Labradoodle Ranger Danger.


Amy has over​ ​fifteen years​ of experience in Talent Booking, Talent Relations and Casting. She started her career as a Page in NBC’s prestigious Page Program before moving on to work in the Talent Department of several late night shows including Dennis Miller, Wanda Sykes and Last Call with Carson Daly where, in addition to booking talent she was responsible for producing the show’s in studio music segments and also their outside concert series. Amy then moved into the digital space booking celebrities for the Emmy nominated What’s Trending, which is produced in partnership with YouTube, booking celebrities for their weekly livestreams as well as for special live events such as Comic Con, the Comedy Gives Back Telethon, CES and SXSW. Next Amy teamed up with Fandango to cast talent for their national ad campaign and then joined the team at IFC’s Comedy Bang! Bang! where she booked celebrities for guest spots and casted cameos and scripted character bits.

In 2014, Amy was thrilled to join 16 Mile Talent where she continued to book Comedy Bang! Bang!  – Other highlights include, Marlon Wayans’ Funniest Wins (TBS), the celebrity season of The Millionaire Matchmaker (Bravo), E! Online’s first ever scripted online series, Hashtaggers, LA Galaxy’s Celebrity VIP Program (which included booking celebrities to participate in the coin toss and to sing the National Anthem), the nationally syndicated daily talk show, Hollywood Today Live, Pop’s Nightcap (starring Ali Wentworth) and Famous Food Truck which can be seen on the Food Network’s digital space, Genius Kitchen.

Amy is a true Southern Californian born and bred and when she’s not working enjoys baking, traveling and time spent with her hubby, their four legged dog-child, Bentley and their two human children, Spencer and Miles​. She received her BA in American Literature & Film from UCLA.


Brittany began her booking career as the Comic Segment Producer at The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. She was honored to learn the art of booking comedy from the great Peter Lassally. It was dream come true to book stand-up comedians on late-night TV and not only give comedians their first television opportunity, but to also help them craft their sets for a late-night audience.

Brittany then went on to book for Why with Hannibal Buress (Comedy Central) where she not only helped cast the written sketches but also booked the talent for the live shows including the musical guests. She was able to secure guests such as Amy Schumer, Lupe Fiasco, Thundercat, Open Mike Eagle, and Flying Lotus.

Brittany started working at 16 Mile Talent as the in-house booker for Hollywood Today Live, a daily talk show on Fox hosted by Ross Mathews and Garcelle Beauvais. She booked many guests there such as Tiffany Haddish, Melissa Etheridge, RuPaul, Ken Jeong, Kelly Rowland and Sarah Michelle Gellar and helped to book guest hosts for the show including Arsenio Hall, Dr. Drew Pinksy, Eric Benet, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, Terrence J and Scott Wolf.

After 6 months, Brittany brought the Earwolf Podcast Network as a client to 16 Mile Talent. She has really enjoyed booking for podcasts such as Comedy Bang Bang, With Special Guest Lauren Lapkus, Throwing Shade, Homophilia, How To Be Less Old and, a personal favorite of hers, Denzel Washington is The Greatest Actor of All Time Period!! She has booked tons of talent for Earwolf such as Neil Patrick Harris, Lena Waithe, Adam Scott, Craig Robinson, John Early, Rob Huebel, Jenna Fischer, Maria Bamford and Natasha Leggero.

Currently, Brittany serves as the in-house Talent Producer for The IMDb Show. So far on the show they have featured Denzel Washington, Paul Scheer, Chris Sullivan, Rachel Bloom, Jesse Plemons, Ellen Page, Winston Duke, Olivia Cooke, Judd Apatow, Patton Oswalt and Lucy Hale. She also booked the 2018 Oscars Red Carpet for IMDb and helped secure interviews with Ashley Judd, Mira Sorvino, Daniel Kaluuya, Kumail Nanjiani, Miguel, and Whoopi Goldberg.

Brittany attended Emerson College where she received a BA in Visual and Media Arts with a focus in Television Production. Go Sox! Originally from Arizona, she is also an identical twin and has a guilty pleasure for reality TV and frequently attends stand-up comedy shows in LA.


Mary-Hollis [MH] has produced content for network giants CBS, COMEDY CENTRAL, ABC, FOX, and digital powerhouse AMAZON PRIME. MH joins 16 Mile Talent after booking high-profile celebrities, musicians, athletes, authors, and comedians since 2010 for late night television and network series.

In 2014, MH secured the first ever late night performance from legendary rock band Metallica at CBS The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson – a week-long residency of Metallica’s biggest hits. She went on to book notable episodes with John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Bob Weir, Ryan Adams, and John Legend for CBS guest hosted episodes.

Since starting with 16 Mile Talent, MH has booked in-house for Good Mythical Morning with Rhett & Link (YouTube) and Hollywood Today Live (FOX) as well as network & digital series: Hood Adjacent with James Davis (Comedy Central), Genius Kitchen’s Famous Food Truck (Scripps), and musicians for Sony Music Original series, Hype Up!

MH also joins the Talent Department for ABC’s Oscar Red Carpet Pre Show annually. She began her career with two back-to-back internships in Late-Night Television: in LA at The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and NYC at The Late Show with David Letterman. – Originally from North Carolina, Mary-Hollis now lives in LA with her boyfriend, Spencer. She received her BA in Media & Communications from Wake Forest University and regularly enjoys craft beer and all dogs.
